This is the main gathering for St. George’s community. It is a celebration of Solemn High Mass, rich in ceremonial and beautiful music on the pipe organ, and Gregorian chant. The choir leads the congregation in singing hymns and choral music written by a wide range of composers, including John Merbecke, Healey Willan, and our Organist Emeritus, Karen Rymal.
Children’s Ministry, and Youth Ministry are also offered virtually before and after this celebration.
A Virtual Coffee Hour called The Gathering occurs following the Sunday Service and is a chance to connect with fellow parishoners,
PLEASE NOTE: Currently this service is offered online virtually as well as with limited in-person seating (advanced registration required)
Church by Candlelight
The candlelight celebration is a time to pause in the middle of a busy week and relax as candlelight and darkness immerses you in an experience of prayer, meditation and music. No prayer books, no hymn books; candles provide all the light needed. The evening offers the comfort of anonymity by candlelight, followed by an opportunity to converse and connect during our virtual gathering afterward. This service is offered both Virtually and in-person (by registration)
From June to Thanksgiving this service is conducted as a Compline service held on Zoom at the same time.
