Wednesday – Church by Candlelight – St Georges on-the-Hill Anglican, Toronto

Offered on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. from Thanksgiving to Victoria Day. The candlelight celebration is a time to pause in the middle of a busy week and relax as candlelight and darkness immerses you in an experience of prayer, meditation and music. No prayer books, no hymnals; candles provide all the light needed. The evening offers the comfort of anonymity by candlelight, followed by an opportunity to converse and connect afterwards. This service is offered in-person.

A Prayer for the Week
Giving and forgiving God,
you created the good earth and blessed it.
Give us glad and generous hearts,
that we may rejoice and give thanks for
the abundance of your creation,
the depths of your mercy,
and your care for all. Amen.
