Wednesday – Church by Candlelight – St Georges on-the-Hill Anglican, Toronto

Offered on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. from Thanksgiving to Victoria Day. The candlelight celebration is a time to pause in the middle of a busy week and relax as candlelight and darkness immerses you in an experience of prayer, meditation and music. No prayer books, no hymnals; candles provide all the light needed. The evening offers the comfort of anonymity by candlelight, followed by an opportunity to converse and connect afterwards. This service is offered in-person.

God of Grace,
You see how we strive to honour you in our lives in our own unique way.
Give us the grace to allow others the freedom to follow you without judgment. In the name of Jesus, Amen. Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
