Wednesday – Church by Candlelight

Offered on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. from Thanksgiving to Victoria Day. The candlelight celebration is a time to pause in the middle of a busy week and relax as candlelight and darkness immerses you in an experience of prayer, meditation and music. No prayer books, no hymnals; candles provide all the light needed.  The evening offers the comfort of anonymity by candlelight, followed by an opportunity to converse and connect afterwards. This service is offered in-person.

"Of weeds and wheat" - Seventh Sunday after Pentecost

God Is With Us
If I take the wings of the morning and settle at the farthest limits of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me fast.
– Psalm 139: 9-10

Join Fr. Michelle Childs-Ward on this the 7th Sunday After Pentecost. Today Fr. Michelle uses the Parable Principles to deconstruct the parable of the sower of wheat and weeds and shows how the radical inclusiveness of the Kingdom of Heaven allows for both to thrive.
