During the summer months, we offer one service on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. This service is usually shorter, with a simplified liturgy and Eucharist, and with music led by a cantor. For 2025, our summer services will run from June 22 through to August 31.
8:30 a.m. Said Eucharist
This simple service is straight out of the Book of Alternative Services, without the ceremony of the 10:30 service. Offered in-person only.
10:30 a.m. Choral Service
This is the main gathering for the St. George’s community. It is a choral celebration of High Mass, rich in ceremonial and beautiful music on the pipe organ and piano. The choir, led by Music Director Ran Kim, leads the congregation in singing hymns and choral music written by a wide range of composers, including John Merbecke, Healey Willan, and our Organist Emeritus, Karen Rymal.
Nursery care and Children’s Ministry are offered during this celebration. This service is offered in-person and livestreamed.
Following the service, all attendees are invited downstairs to Luxton Hall for refreshments and fellowship.

With COVID-19 affecting every aspect of our lives, 2020 has been a challenge! The Christmas Pageant is an annual tradition that families and their loved ones look forward to every year. But how do you perform a musical when you can’t actually be together?? This is the challenge that the children and youth of St. George’s faced. Their gift to the parish is a very special performance on Christmas Day at 4PM!
Join the children and youth on this lighthearted and poignant journey as they make their own way to “the stable in Bethlehem” and learn about what Christ our Light and our Hope looks like today in the people and relationships around us.
This year’s show features the contributions of close to 100 children, youth and adults from our parish.
The movie will premiere for families to watch together both at home or with distant loved ones at the same time. The pageant will be available for viewing at any time following the premiere.
Donations from this year's performance will be directed to the Intensive Care / Critical Care Units at St. Joseph's Health Centre to support COVID-19 Relief. When donating please select the Christmas Pageant from the list to direct your donation.
