Finding the New You in the New Year!
Mary and Martha welcome you to their kitchen on Thursday, January 13th at 1pm. Adrian Wellman, Health and Performance Coach, will be sharing with us on The Bookends and the Bookmark of the Day. Bookends start and finish each day powerfully, and bookmarks are a mid-day check-in to support your health and well-being. Please register by Sunday, January 9th at info@stgeorgesonthehill.ca

Mary & Martha’s Kitchen is a women’s group that seeks to enriching women’s lives intellectually, emotionally and spiritually through activities focused on women in our church and community. The group welcomes a new guest speaker at each monthly Zoom meeting.
