This month, we welcome Moira Welsh, an investigative journalist with the Toronto Star. She has co-authored investigations that have won three National Newspaper Awards and a Michener award for Public Service Journalism. Starting as a breaking news reporter, she joined the investigative team writing on social justice, the environment, and the lives of people living in seniors’ homes. Moira lives in Toronto with her family. Moira will be sharing inspiring ideas with us from her book, Happily Ever Older. Please register by Sun, February 6th at info@stgeorgesonthehill.ca

Mary & Martha’s Kitchen is a women’s group that seeks to enriching women’s lives intellectually, emotionally and spiritually through activities focused on women in our church and community. The group welcomes a new guest speaker at each monthly Zoom meeting.
