Dear Friends,
Due to the rapidly increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the past few days, the projections from the Ontario Science Table for the cases to continue to rise, the high transmissibility of the Omicron variant, and calls from the government to scale back in-person events and contacts to reduce the spread, St. George’s on-the-Hill has decided to close the building and return to online services and events only.
Sunday December 19th, the 8:30am celebration is CANCELLED.
We encourage those who were planning on attending the 10:30am celebration to worship from home, though due to the late nature of this notice, those who do come will be welcome to worship.
Effective immediately, and until further notice
All worship celebrations and events will be online only. This includes:
Christmas Eve 4:00pm – online only
Christmas Eve 10:00pm – online only
Christmas Day – 10:30am – online only
Sunday worship celebrations will be 10:30am – online only
The church building is closed.
The church office is open this week by appointment only.
The church office will be closed for Christmas break from December 24th – January 3rd.
