Beyond Belief is a six-session faith formation study for adults. The series contains favorite moments, core teachings and extensive never-before seen material of Marcus Borg from the Living the Questions archives plus commentary from Rev. Marianne Borg.
Marcus was a New Testament scholar, theologian and author. He was among the most widely-known and influential voices in progressive Christianity and internationally known in both academic and church circles. The New York Times described him as “a leading figure in his generation of Jesus scholars.” Marcus brought clarity and insight to an understanding of Jesus and Christianity that was accessible and transformative.
Join us for this 6-week session as we consider Borg’s teaching as a guide to reflecting on our own spiritual lives and witness. Wednesday morning following the 10:30 Eucharist, and Wednesday evening following Church by Candlelight.
